Q: Haut Who can register?

R: Anyone. For your wedding pictures, your baby or pregnancy photos, your family vacations or a business portfolio, anyone can register and create their own album. You can also create your own cards, for events, invitations, or to thank people. If you are a photographer and would like to use our services for your own clients, please contact us for all the details.

Q: Haut How long until I receive my registration information ?

R: Immediately ! You will be able to login as soon as you create your account.

Q: Haut What happens if I forget my password?

R: Send us an email to info@veebook.ca with your name and email you used to register, and the new password you would like to use.

Q: Haut Can I see actual samples of the albums?

R: Yes, you can simply visit us at our office in Laval. Contact us for an appointment.

Q: Haut Can I have a variable number of pages/sides in my book?

R: This depends on the type of album. Unfortunately, certain companies only offer a fixed number of pages

Q: Haut What is the difference between pages and sides?

R: A page has 2 sides. For example, a 10-page book has 20 sides.

Q: Haut How many images should I upload?

R: It depends how many pages your album will have and the templates you choose. For a 10-page album, you should have a minimum of 20 images, and a maximum of 60 images. You can always upload more images later, or delete some if you don’t want to use them.

Q: Haut In what resolution and format should the photos I upload be?

R: The photos need to be in high resolution, in jpg format and must not exceed 10Mb. If you provide us with low quality photos, we cannot guarantee the optimal quality of your printed album. However, we do check each album before sending it to print, so we will contact you if we realize that your photos have a low resolution.

Q: Haut Do you provide color correction and retouching services ?

R: We do not retouch or color correct any of the files provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that all corrections and adjustments to your images have been completed before designing and ordering. We print exactly what is submitted.

Q: Haut Does VeeBook review my files?

R: All VeeBook orders are reviewed for concerns. If any concerns are found in an order, we will contact you with the option to resubmit a new file, printed “as is”, or place a new order. We review every order before it is sent to production for any noticeable layout concerns, but we do not check for spelling errors, design, or color choices. Before placing your order, you must agree that you have reviewed your file(s) and they are ready for print. By doing so, you take full responsibility for the layout and content.

Q: Haut Can I make changes after placing orders?

R: Carefully review all of the pages before submitting your order. When placing an order, you agree that I have reviewed your file(s) and it is ready for print. You also take full responsibility for the layout, content, and color. If you do find changes that need to be made, please contact us immediately so that your order is not sent to production with errors. If the order has not yet been sent to production, you will be able to make the changes and send us back the new order without any charges. If your order has already been sent to the production center, though, it cannot be changed and production of your book cannot be stopped. Orders are usually reviewed and processed withinin 2 business days or less, so it is very important to review your order before placing it to ensure there are no further corrections that must be made.

Q: Haut How long does it take to upload a file through the internet?

R: The upload time will vary depending on your internet connection speed, the size of your files, and heavy order volume by other customers. Uploading can take anywhere from a few minutes up to several hours.

Q: Haut How long does it take to receive the proof?

R: You will receive it within 5 business days.

Q: Haut Can I request some changes once I receive the pdf proof?

R: If you realize you want to make some changes after you have received the final proof, it is possible, but you will be charged an extra 25$ per change. Simply email us what you want us to modify, and we will send you another pdf for final approval.

Q: Haut What forms of payment do you accept?

R: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Once you have sent us your order, you will receive an invoice, which must be paid before the order can be sent to the production center.

Q: Haut What countries does VeeBook service?

R: We ship worldwide. Please contact us if you are outside Canada for a shipping quote.

Q: Haut Once my album is ready, what are my options?

R: You can either come and pick it up at our office in Laval, or we can ship it to you. The shipping cost depends on the shipping method, the weight and the final destination. You will be given the shipping cost before you make your payment.
