VeeBook, a subsiduary of VeePhoto Inc. (the “Service Provider”) is strongly committed to protecting your privacy in using this website and the VeeBook service (the “Service”). This Privacy Statement applies to the data that you provide to the Service Providers via this website. The Service Providers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify and update this Privacy Statement at any time without notice to you. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Privacy Statement for any modifications, adjustments, or updates.
Your personal data, including the digital pictures you voluntarily provide, will be used only for the purpose for which you have provided them, and they will not be shared or disclosed to third parties without your consent. When you initially contact the Service Provider to register on the website, you must provide your contact information, including an email address. We may use this information to contact you regarding the Service and to announce new offerings and services that may be of interest to you. Our policy is to treat digital photographs and accompanying data provided by customers with care and, subject to the other provisions of this Privacy Statement and the VeeBook Terms and Conditions of Use, to use our best efforts to maintain our customers’ confidentiality. As with all electronic transactions, however, the security of your data cannot be 100% guaranteed. We do not store credit card information. However, please be aware that we cannot fully eliminate security risks, and will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized use of your credit card by any other party.
We may share your personal data among our affiliates and representatives. We will not sell your personal information without your consent. We record the number of visits, paths taken, and time spent on our sites and pages. This data may be stored in a “cookie” that our servers may place on your computer's hard drive.
