1. LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT
There is no legal minimum age requirement to browse this website. However, anyone below the age of 18 should obtain parental consent before using our services and ordering any product online. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians supervise their children's use of the VeeBook website.

2. SOFTWARE LICENSE, COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
All information and content offered by VeeBook are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You agree that you will not reproduce, modify, decompile, disassemble or derive the source code for the editing program, publish any performance or benchmark test or analyses relating to the Software or the use thereof. You are allowed to use these materials so long as you do not change the materials or remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices included in the materials. You may not distribute or copy such material without the written permission of the copyright owner.

3. ALBUM/CARD CONTENT
You may upload your photos to the VeeBook website and create your album or card design using the templates provided to you. Context of design includes, without limitation, photographic images and texts, files, works of authorship, illustration and drawings as part of your use of the Service. Under these Terms of Service, you warrant that you will not use any of the services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, and you may NOT place any of the following material using the Service:

a) Any material that could infringe on the rights of publicity, privacy or copyrights without the approval and consent of the owner of these rights;
b) Any material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
c) Any material that is offensive or promote racism, bigotry or hatred against any group or individual.

VeeBook reserves the right to move, refuse to print and delete submissions that, in its sole discretion, is believed to be as described in paragraphs (a) through (c) above, or otherwise unacceptable. You undertake that you will be liable for any action taken against VeeBook in relation to such activities and will fully indemnify VeeBook against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a result.

4. SUBMISSION
VeeBook does not proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it is your sole responsibility to review your album or card before you publish, and fix:
- Typos, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors
- Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print
- Design issues, including book format, organization, style, color, and page layout

Images and text will be printed as they appear in the final PDF you will recieve by email. Content cannot be modified once your order has been sent and VeeBook has no obligation to review the Content that you have submitted. We strongly recommend printing a hard copy of your book or card on your local printer for a final review.

5. LICENSE
VeeBook has no ownership in any of your book content. However, in order for VeeBook to be able to provide you with our Services, you hereby agree to provide us with the following license to use your Book Content:

5.1 License to print your album / card: You hereby grant to VeeBook a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid and royalty-free license (a “License”) to reproduce and distribute your Book/card Content for the purpose of printing the product that you order, and for any other related purpose that you authorize. You agree that VeeBook reserves the right to maintain the electronic files for any album (s) or card (s).

6. ORDER POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic order or other form of order confirmation does not signify VeeBook's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitutes confirmation of our offer to sell. VeeBook reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by VeeBook upon our delivery of the products that you have ordered. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

7. FEE & PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are in Candian currency and payment must accompany each order. There is no charge for browsing or accessing the Site. Prices, products and services offered are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to our Products Price List for a complete listing.

You hereby agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your orders which include without limitation taxes, duty imports, value-added taxes and customs clearance (if any). Payment terms will be via online credit card transactions, or by phone. We reserve the right to refer to your credit card provider. An electronic sales order confirmation will be sent to your email address once your order has been captured into our system. Failure to submit a valid payment will result in refusal to process the requested service(s).

In cases of disputes, you must alert us by writing to our customer service within 7 days after receiving your credit card statement, if you dispute any of our charges on that statement. If VeeBook does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you are obliged to pay all amounts due upon demand by VeeBook.

8. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
All albums or cards will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you during the order process. Time for delivery is an estimate only and it is not a condition of this agreement. Delayed delivery is not a basis for cancellation of the order or a request for compensation. You can also pick up your order yourself once it is ready at our office in Laval, Quebec. You will be able to choose your delivery options once you make your order.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
A party will not be liable for non-performance or delay in performance caused by any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of such party including, without limitation, wars, strikes, riots, hostilities, revolutions, national emergency, explosion, civil commotion, embargo, fire, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, and force of nature or any “act of God”.

10. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
VeeBook guarantees your satisfaction with the workmanship of your albums or cards. If ever your album or cards arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us via email at info@veebook.ca within 5 days of receipt. Please understand that VeeBook does not provide refunds or cancel orders, but we will send you another album / set of cards in the case of workmanship defect, if the book is damaged during delivery or the product does not match ordered items. In no other case will VeeBook accept returns or order cancellation.

Please note that each book you order from us is individually made by one of VeeBook's professional book-printing partners. There may be minor differences across different prints of the same books and/or across books printed by our different book-printing partners, including, but not limited to, slight variances in color fidelity and binding type. While we work very hard to keep our product as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship and does not qualify for a reprint.

VeeBook reserves the right at any time to substitute/change brand as well as material used in production of your book without prior notice. In cases of material shortage, we will substitute by using the next best alternative material of the closest quality and specification.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION & DATA
We do not store your order information such as delivery, payment and billing data, and although we may keep a copy of your file to fulfill any further orders which may be placed for such products later, we are not required to do so. It is therefore your responsability to retain a copy for yourself to use for future re-ordering, or in the unlikely event of your digital images being corrupted or lost. You should always retain your own copies of all files uploaded or otherwise supplied to us.

12. GIFT CARDS
VeeBook offers gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed online. Purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the VeeBook Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided by VeeBook as a gift certificate sent by mail.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed through VeeBook's website and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order placed online through VeeBook and not against specific items of such order. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card.

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or recharged. Gift Cards may not be transferred for value or resold, redeemed for cash or checks, transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. VeeBook reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if VeeBook reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.

Gift Cards will expire one year after its purchase. VeeBook charges no fee in connection with the purchase (except for the selected purchase price of the Gift Card) or redemption of Gift Cards.

Gift cards are provided by VeeBook free of any warranty, express or implied. VeeBook is not responsiblefor the quality, legality or any other aspect of the items purchased with the gift card.

13. PASSWORD
When you sign up to become a member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the Account, username, or password of another Member at any time. You agree to notify VeeBook immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Account.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
You acknowloedge that you have read this acgreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. VeeBook reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update or make modifications to this Terms of Service from time to time.
